Team Leader Wanted at Forenede Service

As a team leader, you will be a key person alongside the responsible operations manager to ensure a well-functioning delivery to our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will assist in distributing work among employees and ensuring that the service is carried out correctly.
The position largely consists of supporting the operations in the field through contact with staff and our customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

Leading employees in their work by motivating and inspiring
Introducing new employees
Conducting quality controls
Building relationships with our customers
Scheduling
Ensuring that materials are available.
Assisting the operations manager

All team leaders regularly gather for internal training and development.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is driven to develop themselves and others. You are a leader today or have ambitions and want to move towards a leadership role.
You have good communication skills, a positive attitude when there is a lot to do, and the ability to plan your work.
You enjoy both independent tasks and collaborating with colleagues to solve a task. You are service-oriented and strive to always deliver service of the highest quality.
If you have experience in cleaning, this is an advantage.
